Terms of Service — Makzah Studio

By placing an order with Makzah Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Personalisation Accuracy
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, and all personalisation details at checkout. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Order Processing
Orders are made to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Processing times may increase during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).

Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Product Variation
As many of our items are handcrafted or laser engraved, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. This is a natural result of the making process and not considered a fault.

Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and content on this site are the property of Makzah Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Makzah Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
