Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. During busy periods, this may extend slightly — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping Times (UK)

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery method. Free UK shipping may be offered on orders over a certain value — see checkout for current thresholds.

International Shipping
Currently, Makzah Studio ships within the UK only. We're working on expanding internationally — check back soon.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Delays
While we do everything we can to dispatch on time, delays with couriers are occasionally outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at makzahltd@gmail.com.
